Meliva Rehab Fredriksdal opened its doors on February 1, 2024, and is part of Vårdval Rehab. We are looking for someone who prioritizes quality and patient safety from a holistic perspective. Meliva Rehab Fredriksdal is owned by Meliva Healthcare Center Fredriksdal, formerly Ugglans Healthcare Center Fredriksdal, and the workplace is conveniently located near public transport. Qualifications/Work Experience

Licensed physiotherapist, experience in primary care is desirable, but being new to the profession is not a hindrance.

Basic competence in insurance medicine as required by VGR and competence to prescribe assistive devices.

Supervisor training is an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Meliva Rehab Fredriksdal is just a stone's throw from Liseberg, and you can easily get here by tram, which stops right outside the clinic. In the same building, there is Meliva VC Fredriksdal with approximately 9800 registered patients, and on the same floor, Meliva Healthcare Center Fredriksdal's psychology clinic and Barnens Meliva BVC Fredriksdal, which is one of Gothenburg's largest BVCs.

As a physiotherapist at Meliva Rehab Fredriksdal, you will work with rehabilitation at the primary care level in accordance with the requirements set out in the Health and Medical Services Act and within the Requirements and Quality Book for Vårdval Rehab. Our goal is to guide and create security for the new generation of patients of all ages through genuine personal interaction. We view positively if you have an interest in the digitalization of healthcare and new working methods.

The operation is conducted in close collaboration between different professions, both within and outside the rehabilitation unit, to offer assessment and treatment based on the patient's individual rehabilitation plan and needs. We value the patient's participation and influence over their care to facilitate preventive health work and support self-care.

We offer physical visits at the clinic or digital visits. For patients who cannot reach the clinic or where it is otherwise justified, we offer home visits.

Your Role

Your main tasks will include:

• Examination, diagnosis, and treatment of patients of all ages with complaints and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, such as pain, neurology, mental health issues, and other medical conditions.
• Establishing an individual rehabilitation plan together with the patient.
• Work at the clinic, physically or digitally, but home visits also occur.
• Patient schools and group therapy.
• Assistive device prescriptions.

About the Employment

Scope: 100% with start date 1/3 or by agreement.

Employment form: Permanent employment, probationary period of 6 months.
